Unable receive 4G speed and intermittent loss of connection

I have been using Vodafone's 4G service since around September 2018. Since I activated the service I am complaining to Vodafone about poor 4G speed and intermittent complete connection loss. 2 times they sent their engineer at my place to check the connection and he also accepted that there is very less 4G speed and no 3G at all. He Vodafone is been telling me that service would be improve soon, however I am still waiting for the service to improve. I am not even getting good response from Vodafone team. Please help me to get this resolved.

I claim all the paid bill from the start of my service and I want Vodafone to reduce my cost of the service to rs.100 keeping all the benefits same.
