No service or poor service 4g Internet speed issue

Since june we are complaining about network issue as we had paid 600INR for 84 days for 4g internet service, as per Vodafone under 4g they are saying about internet speed they are providing at 40mbps but as a customer we are not getting 4g service upto a half %, many times we have complained about speed issue to Vodafone but they said that if you have used 1% of internet from their network than as a customer i am telling lies or as customer lodging false complaint about issue another complaint is that Vodafone deducting data balance after 12:00 am or 1:00 am without my concern if i have not used internet during that time slot Vodafone deducted my data balance twice since June 2020,
