Good morning, this is S krishnayya , I used vodafone post paid last few years. I am not satisfied with that service hence I am not used calls or else even though I paid monthly bills regularly .
Finally in the month of 15th Nov'17 visited Vodafone store at Vijayawada near Benz circle. I clear Oct'17 bill moreover post paid to prepaid request documents also for that they charged extra amount also that amount and prepaid new SIM amount also paid on that day.
Due their internal process issue conversion not completed till it is contained in post paid . I complaint so many times every time listen my request n said we will revert u shortly .
I am totally excess with their reaction, I applied PORTABLE from their network. Know they rejected my port request due out standing amount after my list paid to prepaid convert request.
Finally I required to there is no mistake from my side . so kindly accept my portable. I am not any dues to Vodafone.
