Harassing and forcing customer to stay back and rejecting the MNP continuously

Hello Sir,
I have made a MNP port out request from Vodafone network, immediately I got a call from Vodafone to give me a counter offer and asked me to give them 1 week time. I agreed to it and waited for 1 week, since they did not come back I went ahead with the porting after clearing all bills, but suddenly on the last day they added ₹49 as a charge for calling me to give a counteroffer and rejected it.. I called Vodafone and they asked me to do it again and promised they will not stop the next time. Then in a day I have again are submitted the porting request and they have done the same again. They added a charge of ₹100 again on the last day and rejected the porting request..
They are literally harassing me and forcing me stay back.. now unnecessarily I’m forced to pay the bills for the entire month.
Please help me in this situation sir, I would like to file a complaint against the network and claim for the harassment they are giving me and the mental torture they are giving me
