Cheating customers - recharged with 348 which gives unlimited local and std calls

On Aug 11th 12AM i recharged with 348 which gives unlimited local and std calls ( 300mins per day) and 1gb data/day.
i am staying in banglore. on same day i travelled to my home town AP and i return back to banglore on 17th. on 18th i got message sayi
ng my weekly limit was over,even if i was not used because i am in roaming.
6 days i am in roaming free calling will not apply. then how my weekly limit is over ?
i called to customer care and they are telling issue will be resolved in 2 working days. so totally 11 days of service interruption. 348 plan is for 28 days but by doing like this customer will utilize the offer only for 16 days. like this Vodafone is cheating customers by posting offers.
