Travel bookings amount is not returning after cancellation

  My name is Nidita Mandar Karkare, I had visited jaisalmer during 15 – 18 November 2015. on 15 November 15, checked in Hotel Jaisal palace along with camp stay. For the tour earlier, approached to Mr. Akhil Sharma, Wings n Wheel,PN-51 Opposite 5/1 Sector-5, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017 Phone:0141 313 0220. Mobile NO  Mr. Akhil Sharma 8233815506,Mr. Amit Singh 09660010166. He had arranged my whole hotel bookings. For this purpose I have transfer rs 5500 to his account (transfer copy is attached with this mail). Later on during the stay I found out, because of Diwali holidays transition is not been processed and hotel didn’t receive payment. To avoid inconvenience, Mr. Akhil Sharma suggested to pay full payment at hotel and he will transfer my money back to my account. I have done my full payment at hotel but still I didn’t receive my payment back. I have attached full payment bill also with this request.   This company is registered on just dial also (http://www.justdial.com/Jaipur/Wings-N-Wheels-%3Cnear%3E-Malviya-Nagar).   i Need my payment back as of i have done my payment to hotel and proof is also attached with this. the another proof of transferring money to mr akhil sharma's account is also attached. Kindly do something he is doing this with many people.his given mobile no is currently in working condition.
