Red bus Cancellation policy, booked a ticket between hosur to Chennai via Red bus apps.

Last night I booked a ticket between hosur to Chennai via Red bus apps. Tickets were confirmed but I wanted to cancel the ticket immediately after booking the ticket because I made a mistake in boarding time. As per Red bus, 100% cancellation is applicable. I wonder how it is possible when other bus operator has a policy to cancel even before 4 hrs of journey. My ticket details are as follows *redBus mTicket*

Point here whether I get the minimum cancellation charge is possible or not. Is this correct. I checked Red bus for changing boarding time or change of travel day.none of possible because this bus operator does not have any other service today.
