I booked my ticket through make my trip. The flight did not operate and airlines have initiated my refund against my PNR number. I have a mail from the airlines stating they have approved my refund and same needs to be collected from travel agent as I booked my tickets through make my trip. But till date make my trip has not initiated my refund and they are simply ignoring
