We have purchased a holiday package from easemy holiday pvt. ltd. For 1 year in 2021 of amount ₹20,000 we have transfer money through online mode. But after purchasing the package they are not picking our phone calls and now all their helpline numbers are showing not exiting nor does there anyone in there respective office. We have the entire documents of this agreement as a proof. Its being 5 months we are trying to connect to those people but no one to receive call., they all have changed there phone numbers. Please look into this matter.
