Dear sir I parveen kumar book a ticket though clear trip on 5 dec at 1900 hrs flight no. SG 144 SRINAGAR TO DELHI FOR DATE 09 FEB 2018 and full payment through internet banking paid payment debit reference no. Is CCAEL2ARP199I GACMNDES8 TRANSFER TO 4 . BUT I HAVE NO RECIEVE ANY MESSAGE OR EMAIL OF TICKET BOOKING OR REFUND OF PAYMENT SO PLEAAE SOLVE MY PROBLEM THANKS MY CONTACT NO IS 8684864418
