Hi Team,
Please be informed I have made the close of account request on 18-July-2016 [ Form attached above] and I had already paid the bill which was genrated on 26/06/2016 which is elgibile till 26-July-2016 as I have enrolled myself for prepaid billing.So I should not get any bill later on as close of the account request is before the bill genrated date as Tikona policy.
I have also made this point very clear in each of my conversation with customer care executive and they assured me this will be written off once your account is submited for full & Final settlement and you wlll get refund of your deposit which was deposited with Tikona at the time of conection genrated [if needed i have save the call recording alongwith the referance numbera & agent name].
Today also I call tikona customer care and informed same again and agent [Ashwini] assured me the same.
Inspite of all the customer care executive repeated promisses I have not get call /Mail from Full Final settlement team .
I would appretiate your immediate response on the same and resolve the issue ASAP and will not force me to go to knock consumer court gate.
Let me know if you need any further details [proof]. from me .You can also check my usage from the day I made the request of closing the Account.
NOTE : I DONT WANT TO TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO ANY ONE AND CLOSE ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY.
Please get this resolved as soon as possible as I am not getting response from customer care and collection team all I am getting is auto genrated emails.
