Not hearing to my complaints

Sir I have changed my postpaid plan to a prepaid plan of RELIANCE. For this i have submitted documents to AVNI INFOCOMM, INDORE (MADHYA PRADESH) on 25-feb-2016.After few days my number has been call barred. the customer care told me to re submit the documents. I have resubmitted the documents on 26-april-2016. My number is still not activated and i have to suffer a huge loss. Everytime I go to the Reliance store of my area i.e AVNI INFOCOMM they do not listen to my complaint. Please help i am really tired now.
