I booked a cab on Ola App for 20.05.2016 at 4.30 PM (Reference No. CRN 233535950). I was to go to Bhopal Railway Station from my residence to catch a train. At 4.20 PM, just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, my booking was cancelled by Ola and an SMS was sent to my mobile for intimation. The reason stated was that, no taxi was available at my location. Immediately I checked the App and found a taxi available within 7 minutes but at double rate. I tried to book that one but failed. Since I had to catch a train, I somehow managed to get an Auto Rickshaw and with a lot of difficulty reached the railway station with my family and luggage.
