Snapdeal not returned defective mobile.

I purchases Samsung Galaxy J3(8GB) with S Bike mode NFC Sticker(Colour: Gold)vide order no. Order ID: 13525833444 Mobile from Snapdeal and its Touch not working, i requested for replacement of products but they not collected after making more than 20 times call after 12 days they said that you have to delivered by courier to our warehouse.

Then i phiscally delivered my products to there warehouse then after 1 days status is showing that products return request is rejected by quality team and products is return to you.

After calling to customer care they are saying after receiving products you if you face problem you can go to samsung customer care for the problem and we can't do anything in this.

This is not snapdeal problem in electronics items.

Please lookinto the matter i am Maintally harrased by them i need my money back and want to raise compaint against snapdeal.
