I have order(order no.HIOF-0705201672872) flower from www.indiaonlineflorists.com,on 07/05/2016.They are unable to deliver by 08/05/2016 for which they were agree to deliver on stated date.Due to that I ahve cancelled the order and order got cancelled but after 13days, I did not get any confirmation about refund despite several mail and phone call.Please take action and help me to get refund.
