My name is Sara. I had registered with Searchline Database Pvt. Ltd. from their Mumbai Branch office. I had opted for the Professional Plan of 400 Pages.
My accurate pages submitted were 305. My Payment calculation as per their agreement should be 305* Rs. 100= Rs.30500/-
But i got the cheque of Rs. 25000/- After continuous follow up their customer care informed me that TDS was deducted about which i was never informed.
But such a big amount of TDS i cannot accept. Kindly ensure your payment deductions before registering itself.
