I have mention that i have booked room in Hotel Singh Emppire Dx.at new delhi through irctc OYO Hotel on the date of July 22,2016. I have received confirmation through irctc OYO about booking (As below). When i reach to the hotel and saw the room i felt that this room is completely different form OYO web site image of the rooms. I asked to the hotel manager in this regard he said that you will talk with OYO customer care. I was immediately call to OYO customer care and inform that this room is not match with room which shown on your website image. I request you them that please provide me room as you shown on your website otherwise refund my rent RS 1387/- which is payable at hotel but they denied it. i spoke to the senior person of OYO customer care who name is Mr. Manishbhai and also send the image of rooms which provided to me by hotel but still they were not convince with me. All details of booking as below.

I request you to refund of Rs.1387.
