Online shopping cheating complain, order Multi Gym Abe Blaster from HBN (TELEBRANDS) INDIA

On 13th of July, i have order Multi Gym Abe Blaster from my mobile number 7600036381. Today, i.e. on 9th of August, they send me Master Blaster without my consent. When I talked to their helpline, i got a reply that if I want to return the product, i have to send the product to HBN Thane office and I will get only 7999/; instead of Rs.11120/; which I have paid.

When they send me wrong product, why should I courier it to them and my money is hard earned. So, for their mistake why should i loose some 2000/; plus amount.

It is their duty to get the product from my house and refund my full money.

One more thing I would like to add that the product they send me costing only 6999/- for which They have taken 11120/-
