Hi,
I ordered a LG 255 L FROST FREE REFRIGERATOR GL-C282RSPL, scarlet paradise (Order ID # 18230375, Sub Order ID : 27815527) in Infibeam on 23rd March. The amount was 26067 INR. I paid online.
I waited for 1 week, still I didn't see any progress of status. So I called Infibeam customer care. They told that it will be processed by 3-4 days. Again I waited fro 3-4 days and called back.
The process goes on till last week friday (15 Apr) when they told that the product is not available. They kept me waiting for 1 month just to say that the product is not available.
Now my question remains:
1. If the product is not available, why it was listed in the website? You can't pick any product and display in the website unless and untill that product belongs to you.
2. Why it took so long to update me regarding unavailability of the product?
Now I want compensation for:
i. keeping my money of 26067 for one month with them. I would have earned around 10% keeping that money in equity.
ii. the phone calls I made to infibeam customer care charges me 1.5 rupees per minute. I made call of more than 4 hours in total.
iii. For all the sufferings I and my family had to go with for not getting that product in such a hot summer.
iv. for loosing my time to follow-up them
For all I want compensation and refund of actual amount paid.
