Had ordered an a.c from flipkart on 4th april, delivery promised by 12th April, havent received the delivery yet, flipkart is now asking for cancelling the order and reordering - on asking for a compensation for the delay they are denying stating they dont have conmpensation policy - please help, they have consistently failed to provide service they need to compansate for the same
