All the orders are for One Plus6 mobile handset.

1st Order- July 16, 2018 - Payment made- order No - 407-0236812-9576315

2nd Order - October 09, 2018, Payment made- Order no - 407-1710123-1891567

3rd order - November 1, 2018 - Payment made - Order no- 404-2528505-1085121

These are the above details with reference to my orders placed in Amazon for One Plus - PRIME DELIVERY. Payment was done upfront all the time while placing the order.

However, all the three times I had ordered the money was deducted and upon inquiry of not receiving the product, I received a response from Amazon customer care representative stating they are sorry and they cannot deliver the product. I was also being told not to go on a social media on this issue.

I had to run around every time they canceled the order to make sure that the money was credited to my account and have to do hundreds of follow-ups with their customer care representative to check as to when the money will be credited to my account.

Request you to please look into this matter, I have gone through a lot of stress and trauma with this order and need your help to kindly do the needful so that others did come across the same situation
