Complain against SNAPDEAL.com for product received is not as ordered and is faulty

I purchased Lenovo K4 note 16 GB from SNAPDEAL vide order no 13807861471. After receiving the product when I opened, it was found that the mobile set is not as I ordered (i ordered White, it was Black)and the box is tempered (sticker pasted on the box gives different details from the invoice and the set.) and further the set is faulty.
1. Its TOUCH is not normal (sometimes it does not sense the touch) 2. It is very slow, even while trying to click a photo, it gets hanged up. 3. The display is also faulty (many times complete word/ sentence is not displayed, some alphabets are missing).

2. the sticker has been repasted and the details about the Mobile set as indicated on the STICKER pasted on the box is not the same as indicated on the set. Even the IMEI number mentioned on the sticker and the set is different.

3. The set no. HB0LRUDW as mentioned on sticker also does not match with as indicated in the set i.e. HB0M3ZHC.

4. The order was for Lenovo K4 note 16 GB white. it is Black.

5. Now, regarding so called ‘7-day easy return policy’. After coming across so many problems with the mobile set, I applied for return the same day. As per policy, I was supposed to get a phone call within 24 hrs explaining me how to ship the product. But to my surprise, I got a call but I was told to visit nearest Lenovo Service Centre to get it repaired OR to get certificate from them that the mobile set is faulty and cannot be repaired. ??? I got an email also on the same lines.

6. Though it was totally uncalled for. But still I contacted the service centre as mentioned in the mail. Again to my surprise, I was told by that person that they are no more associated with Lenovo. NOW I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO????????



This is a case of shear cheating and mental harassment. I want my money back. Please do the needful.
