cheated case against Micromax Canvas Nitro by Best Deal Teleshoping

Actually there was call on my number on 25-05-2016 from "Best Deal Teleshoping,Karul Bagh, New Delhi" and a lady (Anjali) told me that, "sir u have an amazing offer from micromax, there is mobile phone(Micromax Canvas Nitro) whose market prise 9200 but we can give it to u for only Rs. 3500". Than i told them let me think about it and after that they(26-05-2016) called me again than i ordered the mobile. And after 16 days they called me again and told me sir your product reached at your address so kindly receive the product. Than yesterday(14-06-2016) i reach at my local post office to get the product. Than i give the product money Rs. 3500 to Post master and than i open the product packet but there was no mobile, there was some kind of "Sri Dhan Laxmi Yantra". Than i understood they cheated me. Thay delivered me wrong product, they delivered me "Sri Dhan Laxmi Yantra" in place of Micomax Canvas Nitro Mobile Phone". I pay Rs.3500 for wrong product, now i want back my money. So, i am requesting to u sir please kindly note on this matter and help me to get back my money.
