Warranty complaint against Syska for they are not taking extra warranty

Since 10 oct 17 I claimed for warranty of syska earphone,
syska pickup product after more then 1 months and till now they not send my my product after replacement,
More then 2 months completed but susma worse service are till now under process no status when I will receive or not
And syska want to consume warranty time and they are not taking extra warranty this (because since claimed I am not using product),
I wanna extra warranty time as well as my product as soon as.
