We have been facing the same issue of no network since long time with TIKONA Broadband. We have been raising complaint frequently but not resolved. We have been working from home and there is always a disruption in the work due to network issue.
There is always an issue when there is a power cut at server centre as they don't have UPS backup, hence there is always a network outrage.and there customer care no also not working from so many days.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible or please do refund the amount we paid as we rarely used their services.
