Dear Team,
i am a customer (ID 34328946) of D2H since last 10 years approx, i have been requesting them to stop the promotional calls and massages to my contact no. 9769482447, recently i had requested them to stop these promotional calls and massages on 27th Sep-18... they registered my complaint and assured they issue will be resolved in 48 hours i.e. till 12:30 PM on 29th Sep-18.
However i am still getting calls an massages from the operator on 30th i received massage from "HP-DTHVID for some Jyotish related channel subscription with their contact no 18003150204, i received calls as well for the same on 02nd Oct-18 from +911204967000 @ 12:04 PM & on 1stt Oct-18 @ 12:29 from +911243050400 & 30th Sep-18 from +911205012345 @ 01:12 PM.... huge list of calls
Requesting your intervention to resolve this and penalize the operator, most of the time we are in office and assuming someone important is trying to reach us.
I have requested them (by calling, by Email) multiple times for resolution but seems they are not ready to hear the customer.
