Recharge amount deducted before end date, I was recharge my Videocon D2H account for 2 month.

Dear Sir,

I was recharge my Videocon D2H account for 2 month.
from 09/07/2018 to 07/09/2018 but from videocon service,they unsubscribe my channels due to insufficient balance. even all tough in my videocon account shows valid up to 07/09/2018.
my name is mahesh and my customer id is-200849423.
this types of fraud they contentious happen but this time shows enough so please accept my comp lent and take the necessary action
