No Service complaint against Videocon DTH service

From yesterday midnight I am unable to watch any channels. The message is that "From DSS BBCL account has run out of balance. Please recharge your account as soon as possible.Even though my account has Rs.1156 balance. I have never seen such a pathetic service and response from any service provider. From yesderday they are trying to resolve but now they have stoped responding to my calls. They will pick up the and will say that its being transferred to senior but then no response.
