Adding channels without my consent and extra charging for same.

My connection no. for Dish D2h is 01522969808. On 05 July 2018 I received message from dish tv on my registered mob. no. that a kids pack has been activated which costs Rs. 50 extra monthly. I immediately called customer care and informed them that I have not requested the service. the executive confirmed and launched a complaint. She said it will take 24 hrs to resolve. But when it was not resolved for more than 48 hrs I again called the customer care and they said its been activated for 01 month and I have to pay for it. I raised multiple calls and they arrogantly hanged-up. I even mailed nodal officer the details. but no action so far. Please do help me in this case.
