Dear sir I am d2h videocon customer id 78670930 use from 5 years I recharge for 1 year but I suffer from many problem and without service my money deducted so I disconnected service on 31 may and continue calling their representative but they not able to solve only pass time and support the d2h for earn money by intrest of customer balance which is more than 3500/= why they not refund my money from 31 may to till date so plz help me
