Unnecessary Charges, My D2H is not working since the evening of 21/06/2018. It says "No Signal".

Hello Sir,

My D2H is not working since the evening of 21/06/2018. It says "No Signal". I checked all the cable connectivity and finally called customer care of Videocon D2H. Customer care associate told me that field executive needs to check the exact problem and charges for field visit will be 200 Rs.
If it is not my mistake then how can they charge me 200 Rs.
I think I am not liable for these 200 Rs and they are liable for the loss I am going through because of D2H stopped working sice 2 days.

Please do something for this.
