Videocon d2h Failure to Resolve Complain and Nodal officer, Mumbai number not working

My customer id is 80521972.

I placed a complain with customer care on 23rd June 2018 (Complain Ref. No. 601670776).
I got a call from 022 4970 1334 on 24th Jun at around 11:15 and was informed that the engineer will visit shortly. However, the engineer did not attend the complain.

On further follow up on 25th June, a new complain reference was registered (Complain ID number 602053074) and the engineer, Mr. Vinay paid a visit on 25th at round 5:30pm. He changed some part of the dish but the problem was not resolved. The engineer informed that the signal quality is weak and he will again visit next day (i.e. on 26th).

On 26th June, I did follow up with the engineer. However his phone was out of reach. I contacted at 022 4970 1334 and was told that they will not send the engineer.

I have placed complain with the customer care again and was told that since I refused to make the payment and hence complain was closed. This is a false allegation.

The customer care has generated new complain id (602600943).

I request you to urgently take a cognizance of this case and initiate steps to resolve the matter. Futher, the email written to nodal officer at nodalofficer.mum@dishd2h.com has bounced back. Also, the nodal office Mumbai contact number (9930266854) provided on the Videocon d2h website is also not working.
