Videocon Services not running for one month and service provider not paying any attention

19th April my settop box was changed by Videocon Service engineer charging me for both the hardware and services.

Services continued for sometime while post recharging my accountA/c # 100581771 on 11th Settop box stopped booting up.

Made multiple calls to Call centre but no respite.

Mailed D2H customer care and nodal officer on 23rd July and no responses received even over email.

Again again mailed them on 30th July and received first response, that is after 7 days.

Till date no complaint number received, only once i received a call from a service engineer who was too poor to interact with and he simply denied duty saying that he would visit my place as per his will and time and not as per my convenience.

So in nutshell:
1. Videocon D2H has a very poor product quality
2. Their repair and return process is equally bad
3. They just want to charge customers unnecessarily (within 3 months of replacing settop box again they want to charge me)
4. For last 1 month I have been trying to sensitize them but my services did not resume and I lost money and mental peace
5. They are least concerned about the service quality
6. Their service engineers' attitude is too risky as they want to visit customers' places when it is not a suitable time for the customer - this may lead to any accident/ incident.

Considering the amount of mental agony I have gone through in last 1 month I am really upset and my family members are equally impacted. As if we are spending days in a secluded planet away from earth and unaware about what is happening as no news are even available without the Television.
