Non response of the service provider at Agartala, TRIPURA

My micro oven of LG make was handed over to the service provider at Agartala, TRIPURA on 09.02.2019 vide their Receipt No.54. Till date no response received. When contacted in the meantime, after a month, they said that some spares are due to arrive within 7 days and thereafter estimate would be given to us about the cost of repair. Again, more than 15 days elapsed and still, no response. Attitude of persons managing the Centre is dismal and I am feeling helpless. After repeated phone calls from my end, today I was informed by the Service provider that my product cannot be repaired as one spare part is not available in the Company. They have asked me to take back my product. I am feeling helpless.
