Done annual recharge in Feb 2023. Their was two plan available Rs 2878 & Rs 2879. All benefit are same except 2878 plan have no voice facility. Due to confusion I have opted 2878.
Now I asked twice on mail to upgrade my plan to Rs 2879 plan by charging Rs 1 difference. They are denying by saying such provision not their in system. Now I have to recharge for calling separately.
