My was accident and also claimed the insured amount. but bike delivery time handle found bend. Service center changed all new parts. He told after service we are replaced new handle. after service he was not replaced. Next service we found handle found good chassis bend.Insured also claimed. This month i give my bike in service center on 6.01.2020.Service center told you will paid money for bending chassis. Now still not replaced my chassis 21.1.20
