Myself self from chennai havg a complain regarding nyfe service centre...I called to ur service centre for servicing the above inverter which was showing overload wn I ws switching on.....A person name charterr his mobile no is 9500107997...cam for servicing d inverter...he did nt check anything an told me that thy hav to take the inverter an battery to the service centre for checking.... thy took on 9/3/2019 Friday an Monday morning he brought back telling he changed the mother board an charged the battery.....an gave the bill of 1800 rs..... an when he again installed the inverter the same problem we are facing...when I ask the service man he is telling that this is the problem electrician will solve....My question is when this problem il electrian il solve then y you did nt tel on Friday an y you took d inverter an battery to service centre...Y you changed the mother board......I feel that he did not change any thing an they r telling lie that thy changed the mother board...is there any higher authority were I can complain for this.....1000 rs i paid an i want back
