Complaint about Snapdeal Not providing refund

I had order 1 ucb jeans on 4th may,2017. My order Id is 18959050464. When I got this product I found it was a duplicate product, I raised complaint immediately but they are saying they can't refund my money.
I'm requesting you to please look into this and help to get my money back.
