Pathetic Product need4shop deleverd and not replying to my return email

Hi, I bought a product mentioned adidas trouser from need4shop site the product is in worst condition on the same of delivery i request for return of the product in response i got the mail attached below, but no action taken yet even the mobile number mentioned in the mail doest not exists.Please look into this and get my refund.
