My name is kartik rastogi i'm from delhi, this complaint is againt an online shopping ecommerce site amazon india I had ordered adidas jacket from the site. The deilvered me a wrong product. The jacket was for same brnad but in a diffrent colour. After i raised complaint they picked my product on 18th feb'17 from my door step and didn't provide any courier slip and courier person told me that you will received message soon that we picked your product so i handed over the product to courier person but now they are saying the pickup was cancelled and we didn't received your product and you have to wait for 5 days for confirmation.
Strict action should be taken against them. They caused me monetory loss as well as mental torture.Order id for reference is # 408-5395589-910675
