http://platinumshopp.com/ - This eCommerce site is Fake. amazon.in has declared it as frauad and stopped taking orders for them. After placing order on Platinumshopp.com you cant see any order history. you can't make payment via credit card. Platinumshopp ask to make payment directly in their account. They only keep you on giving the delivery dates and not the product. Once you make payment ,they take you on ride as per their wish. Please be away from this eCommerce Fake Site.

On 29/6/2016 I have made an online purchase of Whirpool Owen from PlatinumShopp.com - They called me saying you are among 200 customers who is getting this 60% offer on any electronics product if you purchase from them. They told me to you pay directly in company account of below details. They sent confirmation email :

We have confirmed your Order and Order Id Number is – 92694069. At the time of order delivery, you Can open the Product Before accepting the product and only after Your Satisfaction our executive Will leave.

Here’re our Bank Details Mention Below For the Product Payments : -

I made payment to their account for Rs 4254/- via Internet banking -

Now Platinumshopp.com are asking to pay insurance purpose which is refundable amount.If I do not pay they will not ship my product. Now I suspect that I have been cheated.
I used to be in contact on below phone numbers and names which are not traceable of Platinumshopp.com :

They keep changing their contact number and they keep giving false story and only words.
