Hello sir my name is Avinash Kumar Singh, I have handover 16,500 rs to a person of sarso biznet international pvt. ltd for shopping of 5 persons. but the person and his senior is making fool of us. Actualy is was a network marketing company & whenever I was asking about my package he always says that next week their was a new package was launching & it was deliver to you.
he was making fool of me of more than 2 months. I have written mail to company about this but they were not giving me any response,
the mail was as following.

>"hello sir, my name is Avinash Kumar Singh & my SBO is 398765 I would like to draw your kind attention towards my serious complaint as following:-

1- I have given my joining amount (in cash) to your associate Sunil Kumar who is a silver associate in SARSO i don't his SBO id after the national convention of SARSO for joining of SICP but he didn't enrrol my id in SARSO. whenever I was asking about my id he just say that my upline Navneet Bharat have said that in next week their was a package coming and you will be joined by this package, this had be continued by more than 2 months,
on the date of SARSO b'day their was a scheme launched that the person joined in within next 5 days if he will be a Gentlemen he/she be rewarded as 4 nights & 5 days holiday package. I ask Sunil for my joining but still he makes my fool. He just says do presentations of SARSO and enroll many people. within a week i have give 13,500 Rs in cash to Sunil for joing of 4 people.
but he still make my fool.

2- now on the 13th may 2016 he enrol all people but he make another cleviness to us, he just make all 5 people id as a customer, the 4 person joined through my id as a customer even as my id was a customer.

3- after sometime when my whole team package was not deliver to us, my teammate was asking of refund but he was still making fool that company can't refund and put many terms & condition infront of us.

4- when I meet him for a solution he was abusing and make much more problem for us. he always says meet my upline Navneet Bharat or Pradeep Malhotara..
Now the question arises
who is the uplines?
why I have to meet him?
why my enrolment on the basis of upline mood?
If you are running a shop and a customer comes to your shop and ask for something you just take the money and says come next week because my senior have says that? what the joke is that?
same thing was happen with me.

Now I am asking for justice.
I was said that SARSO was the leading company etc etc in network marketing. if such type of company are running in market their is no goodwill of network marketing in India.

Now, when I call in SARSO office for my holiday voucher, and payment, they just put many terms & condition that You was enroled as a customer, this wall happen just because of your associate Sunil, Navneet Bharat,"

this was mail I send to company about whole problem, and send many mails to SARSO but they are not reply me, or giving false reply to me
sir plz stop such type of fake network marketing companies in India.

    Dear Concerned Authority,

    We completely deny the complaint made by Mr. Avinash Kumar Singh against SARSO Biznet International Pvt. Ltd. Upon receipt of his order on our website www.sarsobiz.net, the respective products were successfully delivered to him. Further, he referred three new customers namely, Mr. Rohit Yadav, Mr. Karan Kumar and Mr. Naveen Kumar to shop on our website. Accordingly, the products have been successfully delivered to all of them.

    As per the KYC norms and SARSO Distributorship Contract, it is essential to submit KYC details in order to be a Distributor. We had a promotional offer for our Distributors between 24th April to 14th May, 2016 during which Mr. Avinash did not submit his KYC details and hence was not turned into a Distributor. Mr. Avinash Kumar Singh has submitted the same to us on 1st July, 2016 as per which we have made him a SARSO Distributor.

    Still upon his request, we have dispatched a Four Night Transferable Hotel Accommodation Voucher to him. Also, we have received an e-mail from him today at 3:19 PM mentioning, “I have take down my complaint”. This makes this complaint stand null and void and the issue (if any) has been satisfactorily resolved.
