Shop cj - wrong product delivery twice

I ordered buy 1 get 1 ranging rajasthani blankets but at the time of delivery the man told open it after receiving so after receiving the product I saw that it is only one and 1 is missing so the man who delivered the product told that raise a complaint to show cj but after raising the complaint we did not get any revert and the customer care executive did not tell me his name and disconnected the call twice and same issue is with another order of saree the delivered saree and the ordered one both are different. Please guide us what action can be taken on this.
