Purchase a Marc geyser which is defective and has leakage problem.

I have bought an geyser brand Marc size 15 litre , order #ONJJQUSVZ on December 8th. On installation we found out it is leaking from the pipe side. I have contacted company about this they replied me with statement that they will look into the matter and reply me. The phone number provided for customer support does not work at times. I request you guys to please refund my money or replace it with working geyser.
