Replacement of worn out Strap, replaced my Titan Edge watch strap in Titan Watch Care Centre at Chro

I have replaced my Titan Edge watch strap in Titan Watch Care Centre at Chrompet, Chennai-44 on 12th July 2018.

The representative at the service centre Mr Vikram told me that there are two variant of straps, one comes with 6 months of warranty and the other one Titan branded strap doesn't have any warranty.

So, I went for the strap with 6 months warranty by paying the cost of Rs.940/-.

I didn't wear the watch for a weeks time as I was out on office tour to Chikmagalur where inconsistent raining fall during the time I travel (12th July to 14th July).

I realised the strap size was small only when I started wearing it. It was hardly 10 days later I visited the store to check the replacement of strap with a lengthy size.

The store person refused to accept my request and asked me check with the Titan customer support.

I had a call with their representative and they registered a ticket vide 5402167456301056, whereas they couldn't help me with this and hence I was forced to log in another complaint vide 6481052893708288 on 1st August 2018.

I have been very patiently waiting for the update in resolving my complaint, but they were kept on buying time to provide an update.

Finally the Titan support team had arranged a conference call with the Service centre representative Mr Vikram on 16th August 2018.

I told them clearly that the product has a 6 months of warranty, then there is no point in neglecting to replace it with a new one.

The adamant nature of the service centre representative and the customer support forced me plea my request and seek the resolution with you.

Please find attached herewith the copy of the bill and the watch strap.

I humbly request you to look into my complaint and pass necessary orders to Titan Watch Care Centre to resolve my complaint.
