Service Center located at Tilak Road, Pune facing problem with my ideapad z500 battery

Today on 21st Jan 2017 I went to Service Center located at Tilak Road, Pune.
I was facing problem with my ideapad z500 battery as it was not getting charged so took it to service center they said they will check and let me know the issue, they formatted my laptop and still the laptop was facing the same issue so they told me there is a problem with the motherboard and it will cost 15000 Rs but I clearly mentioned to him that I dont think it is mother board issue it is the battery issue just replace that but he refused and said it is mother board issue, so i told him it is ok I dont want to repair it as I will spend some more and instead buy a new laptop as anyways I am using this laptop for last 5 years immediately he said you take the laptop home in the evening i will check if i can do something about it and send you a quotation and see if it is repairable and mother board can be saved, I immediately realized he is fooling me, So I came down took it to the local service center within 5 minutes he fixed a new compatible battery for 2400 and my laptop was getting charged absolutely fine.

This is how lenovo service center fooling its customers thinking customers are fools and they are the most intelligent people.
