I had given my Sony LED TV to repair in sony service center on 21st june and they told me that screen panel has been damaged so i need to get replaced which costs around 32000/-. I was ready to pay for the repair of my TV, But they are saying that the part is not available with the company so they offered me the discount of 25% on MRP for new purchase of Sony TV. Then i told them that retailer, dealers and online service are providing more than 30%-45% now they are saying that they will give me 40% only. but only online discount are 45% and Plus 10% on card payment so i am asking them at least discount of 65% on MRP of TV. The service center manager is ignoring the matter and saying that this matter will be look after by service head office Bangalore But they are also the same thing and delaying the matter. Its all most 6 months they are troubling me
