Dear sir/madam, I have purchased Timex wrist watch from Flipkart around six months ago. Now the watch is not working properly. I approached the above said service centre along with wacth and bill but they refused to provide warranty service as I have bought from online seller(though seller is an authorized online seller by Timex India). After returning home I talked to Timex India toll free no. They replied that I am eligible for after sales warranty service.
