i sent my complaint to consumercare@luxoroffice.com. many times. but mail delivery incomplete.

past month, i bought some 5 pens(Luxor V7 HI-TECPOINT V system Non-refillable pen "blue colour" (Rs.60)) out of which 4 pens are faulty. After writing few pages, ink of the pen turns lighter, thinner and Im unable to write it in an easy flow. Pen gets struck.not writing easily.Kindly replace all these 4 pens, tell me how to send it to you and guide me to purchase new pens . I need some 50 pens. But you should give the quality assurance.
