I purchased a scooter of worth Rs. 93000 in cash on 25th August, 2020 and the scooter started facing issues after the very first month. I kept sending it to the service department and they kept applying quick fixes, this all came to a halt in the month of October when the battery on my 2 months old scooter died completely. Since then, I have been mentally and physically harassed by the entire system of TVS Automobiles as either their concerned staff is on a continuous leave or they don not know about my problem altogether. It has come to an extent where the TVS employees have asked me to talk to the Dealer of their Battery manufacturer, which I did and unlike all of these guys even that person is busy with a marriage.

This is a fraud on the end of TVS Automobiles as they advertise to be the best service provider in the country with best products.
